On the Button Club prides itself on a positive, uplifting and accountable class environment focusing on small group training to help everyone get the most out of their workouts. The basis of classes workouts is in the form of Boxing (both Olympic and pro-style, non-contact), Bootcamp + Obstacle Style Training.
On the Button Club focuses on technical, safe, fun and impactful fitness for women to reach their fitness and health goals.
